Note: We do not request access to, read, or modify your personal Google Calendar events or personal Google Drive files. All data displayed in the portal is retrieved from Soul Dope Productions' business accounts based on your email address.

We use the collected data strictly for the following purposes:

  • To authenticate you and maintain your secure session.
  • To identify you as a client in our internal scheduling system and display bookings where "Soul Dope Productions" is the organizer and you are an attendee.
  • To verify your permissions to access specific Shared Drives or folders managed by Soul Dope Productions.

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to outside parties.We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Data Retention

We store your user profile (name and email) in our database to maintain your account status. Booking data and media file lists are not stored permanently on our servers; they are fetched in real-time from our business integration APIs while you are viewing them.

4. Google API Services Usage Disclosure

This section is required by Google to ensure compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Soul Dope Productions' use of information received from Google APIs (specifically Basic Profile and Email) will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not share this data with AI models or third-party advertising tools.
