1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Soul Dope Productions Client Portal ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Soul Dope Productions provides a digital portal for clients to view their scheduled appointments and access media content delivered via Google Drive. The Service acts as a dashboard to view content managed by Soul Dope Productions.

3. User Accounts & Security

You identify yourself using your Google Account via secure OAuth 2.0 authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Media: The photos and videos delivered to you via the Service are subject to the specific usage rights agreed upon in your service contract with Soul Dope Productions.

The Platform: The code, design, and functionality of this web application are the proprietary property of Soul Dope Productions.

5. Service Integration & Data Access

Our Service retrieves data regarding bookings and media files from our internal business systems. By using this Service, you acknowledge that:

• The Service does not access your personal Google Drive files or personal Google Calendar events.
• The Service queries Soul Dope Productions' business calendars and shared drives to display information relevant to your email address.
• Availability of files and booking details is subject to Google's service uptime and our administrative settings.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Soul Dope Productions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
